All electronic payments are processed through PCI-DSS Level 1 certified banking gateways (Razorpay). SAAJ BY CHITRAM™ does NOT store, record, or have access to your full credit card numbers, CVV codes, or net-banking credentials.
All communication between your browser and our storefront is encrypted using TLS 1.3 cryptographic protocols.
3. Zero Third-Party Data Monetization
We never sell, rent, lease, or monetize client personal data to third-party data brokers or marketing syndicates. Data is shared strictly with authorized logistics carriers (e.g. BlueDart, Delhivery) solely to complete parcel delivery.
